The Society is very conscious of the importance of its educational role, to ensure that when needed the views of the Society on critical care educational issues can be made known to the decision makers and more generally to the public at large, to aid in the popularization of critical care, encouraging participation in events that help present critical care to a wider audience, and to promote the public image of critical care. The Education Committee of the Society has as its task to put this role into practice.

The Education Committee of the Society has as its task to put this role into practice. The Education Committee is in charge of developing and promoting the educational and training strategy of the SCCS and to effect the associated operational tasks. The Committee also has a role in advising on the educational activities within the Society generally and specifically. This includes advice to the Conferences Committee, on the educational and competency tracks of the Annual Conference.

•    Remarkable excellence in meeting or exceeding current guidelines of Saudi Commission of Health Specialties CME.
